Jim Crocker, CEO of Boardroom Metrics has posted a series of helpful videos on YouTube about working with consultants. His latest is ‘What to Look for in a Consultant’.  Crocker lists five attributes:

  1. expertise
  2. experience
  3. time to do the project
  4. affordability
  5. working with relationship
